Volunteers are invaluable to the success of restoring habitats, protecting water quality, reducing erosion, and improving fish habitat. Since 1955, Lincoln Soil and Water has worked with landowners, farmers, timber producers, and rural residents to identify habitat improvement needs and carry out conservation projects on private and public lands. Native Plant Nursery Care in Tillamook & Beaver Creek
Help care for over 60,000 plants at the Northwest Oregon Restoration Partnership (NORP) Native Plant Nursery in Tillamook Bay or with the Oregon Department of Parks & Rec in Brian Booth State Park. Plants grown at these locations support the efforts of more than 30 organizations for watershed restoration projects across private, state, and public lands on the Oregon Coast.
Noxious Weed Reporting & Removal
Protect native habitats on the Oregon Coast and join the Weed Team today! Work with District Staff to attend training, learn about noxious weed identification, understand mapping apps and digital reporting tools, and help Early Detection Rapid Response Programs in Lincoln County.
