Project Description: To develop a Source Water Protection Area (SWPA) assessment addressing agricultural and forestry-related impacts to water consumed by the Oregon cities of Newport, Toledo, Seal Rock, and Siletz as their municipal drinking water supply. The plan will include an overview of the SWPA and at-risk public water systems and recommendations to inform implementation of conservation practices and an outreach strategy to target producers and identify critical areas.
